Hospice is a specialized care designed to provide support to patients and their loved ones during an advanced illness. Hospice care allows the patients to rest  easy and safely at home with family members. Giving you the opportunity to spend quality time cherishing, sharing and valuing every moment possible with your loved ones.

Who qualifies for Hospice?

Patients who have life limiting illness (i.e. cancer, ALS, end-stage organ disease or dementia, AIDS, etc.) as determined by their physician and who seek personal, psychological and/or spiritual support are eligible for Hospice care.
